4709-9-11 Towel receptacle.

All towels used on each patron must be deposited in an enclosed towel receptacle. Towels must not be left laying on work bench, barber chair or wash bowl. Soiled or used towels found on work bench, barber chair or wash bowl constitutes prima facie evidence that the same are being used without being relaundered.
