(A) A preliminary test shall be made twenty-four to forty-eight hours prior to the application of any hair dye upon any customer. Refer to Title 21 U.S.C 361(a), 2006 Edition, Supplement 4 . Such application shall be made in accordance with instructions appearing on the label of such hair dye product.
(B) Barbers operating in Ohio are prohibited from servicing any customer with hair dyeing products if such customer has exhibited a positive reaction to the patch test.
