4715-1-01 Method of public notice.

Pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, and prior to the proposed adoption, amendment or rescission of any rule by the Ohio state dental board, the secretary shall give public notice thereof at least thirty days prior to the date set for the public hearing thereon, by advertising in one newspaper of general circulation in the city of Columbus, Ohio. Such notice shall include a statement of the boards intention to consider adopting, amending, or rescinding a rule and a synopsis of the proposed rule, amendment, or rule to be rescinded or a general statement of the subject matter to which such proposed rule relates, and the date, and place of the public hearing on said proposed action.
