4717-2-02 Committees of the board.

The board shall establish such committees as it deems necessary for the transaction of the business of the board. Any recommendation of any committee shall become effective only after it is approved by a majority of the board.

The president of the board, during its annual meeting, shall appoint three members of the board to serve on the crematory review board for a term to be determined by the president.
