4725-15-06 Fees for renewal and reinstatement of a therapeutic pharmaceutical agents certificate or a certificate to administer topical ocular pharmaceutical agents.

The annual fee to renew or reinstate a therapeutic pharmaceutical agents certificate or a certificate to administer topical ocular pharmaceutical agents shall be twenty-five dollars.

The fee shall be paid along with and in addition to, the annual license renewal fee required in section 4725.34 of the Revised Code.
