4725-3-05 Pharmacology examination, for therapeutic licensure, minimum grade.

For any candidate for licensure, or licensee who applies for therapeutic certification, the required examination shall be the treatment and management of ocular disease which is now administered by the national board of examiners in optometry and was previously administered by the international association of boards of examiners in optometry.

Future examinations equivalent to the treatment and management of ocular disease administered by the national board of examiners in optometry will be accepted for the examination for therapeutic licensure.

Candidates must provide verification of passing the examination with a minimum passing score as determined by the national board of examiners in optometry or the international association of boards of examiners in optometry or any equivalent examinations as determined by the board.
