4734-6-10 Review of applicants.

(A) A list of applicants found to be eligible by the executive director for examination shall be presented to the board for its acceptance and approval or refusal prior to administration of examination. No applicant shall be accepted or refused without the concurrence of at least three members of the board.

(B) Each applicant will be notified by the board as to his or her eligibility for examination via ordinary mail not later than thirty days after board approval.
