Compensation and expenses.
The executive secretary shall receive a salary in the amount
fixed by the board in addition to expenses permitted by state law and approved
by the board incidental to carrying out duties as required by rule
4736-6-02 of the Administrative
Code. The executive secretary may be an employee of the board or may be
retained by contract for services.
