Chapter 4759-9 Severability of Rules

4759-9-01 Severability.

Each rule of Chapters 4759-1 to 4759- 10 of the Administrative Code, and every part of each rule is declared to be an independant rule, and the holding of any rule or part thereof to be unconstitutional, void, or ineffective for any cause shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other rule or part thereof.
