4765-20-06 Fire training examinations.

(A) The initial examination for firefighter training will consist of written and practical examinations established by the executive director, with the advice and counsel of the committee, and a passing score of at least seventy per cent is required for certification.

(B) The initial examination for fire safety inspector will consist of a written and practical examinations established by the executive director, with the advice and counsel of the committee, and a passing score of at least seventy per cent is required for certification.

(C) The fire and fire safety inspector instructor knowledge examinations will consist of a written examinations established by the executive director, with the advice and counsel of the committee, and a passing score of at least eighty per cent is required.

(D) The fire and fire safety inspector instructor technique examination will consist of a written and/or practical examinations established by the executive director, with the advice and counsel of the committee, and a passing score of at least seventy per cent is required.

(E) The reinstatement examination will consist of a written test established by the executive director, with the advice and counsel of the committee and a passing score of at least seventy per cent is required for reinstatement.
