(A) The executive director may issue a fire instructor certificate to teach to an applicant who holds a valid EMS instructor certificate, issued under rule 4765-18-05 of the Administrative Code, if the applicant meets all of the following requirements:
(1) Submits a completed application on a form approved by the executive director;
(2) Meets all entrance criteria outlined in rule 4765-21-02 of the Administrative Code;
(3) Successfully completes the eight hour curriculum module in instruction specific to the fire service training as outlined in rule 4765-11-15 of the Administrative Code;
(4) Is in compliance with the requirements set forth in paragraphs (A)(2) to (A)(6) of rule 4765-20-02 of the Administrative Code.
(B) The executive director may issue a fire safety inspector instructor certificate to an applicant who holds a valid EMS instructor certificate issued under rule 4765-18-05 of the Administrative Code, if the applicant meets all of the following requirements:
(1) Submits a completed application on a form approved by the executive director;
(2) Meets all entrance criteria outlined in rule 4765-21-02 of the Administrative Code;
(3) Successfully completes the eight-hour curriculum module in instruction specific to the fire safety inspector training as outlined in rule 4765-11-16 of the Administrative Code;
(4) Is in compliance with the requirements set forth in paragraphs (A)(2) to (A)(6) of rule 4765-20-02 of the Administrative Code.
