4765-7-08 Reinstatement of a certificate of accreditation or certificate of approval.

A certificate of accreditation or a certificate of approval that has expired may be reinstated by the board if all of the following apply:

(A) Application for reinstatement is made no later than one year after the certificate of accreditation or certificate of approval has expired;

(B) The board determines that the applicant for reinstatement is in compliance with the requirements of sections 4765.16 and 4765.17 of the Revised Code and this chapter;

(C) The certificate of accreditation or certificate of approval was not under investigation for violations of Chapter 4765. of the Revised Code or this chapter at the time the certificate expired.
