(A) "Criminal records check" has the same meaning as in division (E) of section 109.572 of the Revised Code.
(B) "BCI&I" means the "Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation."
(C) "FBI" means the "Federal Bureau of Investigation."
