4775-3-05 Evidence.

(A) In all hearings before the board or its referee or examiner, the introduction of evidence shall be governed in general by the rules of evidence.

(B) The board or its referee or examiner may call the registration applicant to testify under oath as upon cross-examination. The registration applicant may call the acting secretary of the board to testify under oath as upon cross-examination.
