4901:2-5-15 Planting and harvesting season.

For the purposes of 49 C.F.R. 395.1(L), as effective on the date referenced in paragraph (G) of rule 4901:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code, the "planting and harvesting season" in the state of Ohio shall be March first through November thirtieth of each year.
