(A) Other than routing designations recognized by the United States department of transportation, routing designations are established in accordance with 49 C.F.R. 397, as effective on the date referenced in paragraph (C) of rule 4901:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code.

(B) No carrier transporting hazardous materials into, within, or through, this state shall fail to comply with routing designations recognized by the United States department of transportation or established in accordance with this rule.
