4906-5-01 Preapplication conference.

An applicant considering construction of a major utility facility may request a preapplication conference with the board staff prior to submitting an application. The results of such conference(s) shall in no way constitute approval or disapproval of a particular site or route, and shall in no way predetermine the board’s decision regarding subsequent certification or approval.
