4906-7-18 Supreme court appeals.

Consistent with the requirements of section 4903.13 of the Revised Code, a notice of appeal of a board order to the Ohio supreme court must be filed with the board’s docketing division within the time period prescribed by the court and served upon the chairman of the board or, in his absence, upon any voting board member, or by leaving a copy at the offices of the board.
