5101:3-26-09.2 [Rescinded] Managed health care programs: franchise permit fee.

Pursuant to division (B)(3) of section 5111.176 of the Revised Code, the purpose of this rule is to establish the percentage to be used in calculating the franchise permit fee to be paid by medicaid health insuring corporations pursuant to section 5111.176 of the Revised Code. For the quarter beginning July 1, 2008, and every quarter thereafter, the percentage to be used in calculating the fee in accordance with section 5111.176 of the Revised Code is five and one half per cent.
