5101:3-3-30 Beds excluded from the franchise permit fee (FPF) for intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICFs-MR).

(A) Beds authorized through a waiver of residential facility licensed capacity in accordance with rule 5123:2-16-01 of the Administrative Code to provide persons enrolled on home- and community-based services (HCBS) waivers with institutional respite care, in accordance with rule 5101:3-3- 02.3 of the Administrative Code, are excluded from the FPF for ICFs-MR.
