5101:3-42-30 Medicaid home and community-based services - level one waiver local medicaid administrative authority.

(A) County boards of mental retardation and developmental disabilities shall conduct directly or through a contract those local administrative activities needed to operate the level one waiver program as approved by the centers for medicare and medicaid services consistent with the authority contained in Chapters 5111., 5123., and 5126. of the Revised Code.
