(A) The PASSS medical and mental health respite care services allocation reimburses the public children services agency (PCSA) for post adoption medical and mental health respite care services listed in paragraphs (E) through (L) of rule 5101:2-44-13.1 of the Administrative Code for eligible children with special needs.
(B) Beginning state fiscal year (SFY) 2011, this allocation will consist one hundred per cent of state funds and will be issued July first through June thirtieth.
(C) The PCSA shall report allowable expenditures on the JFS 02820 "Monthly Financial Statement Children Services Fund" pursuant to rule 5101:9-7-29 of the Administrative Code. Contract or vendor agreement services may be obligated for a three-month period following the close of the SFY allocation period. Obligations must be liquidated and reported on the JFS 02820 as actual expenditures no later than three months after the last day of the SFY allocation period
(D) The definitions, requirements, and responsibilities contained in rule 5101:9-6-50 of the Administrative Code are applicable to this allocation.
