5120:1-10-08 Telephone.

(A) Each jail administrator shall develop written policies and procedures governing prisoner telephone communications.

(B) Provisions must be made to allow each prisoner a minimum of one telephone call a week, in addition to calls permitted in accordance with paragraphs (E)(1) and (E)(2) of rule 5120:1-10-01 of the Administrative Code.
