Ohio Laws and Rules
Except as provided in divisions (D), (E), and (F) of section 4561.31 of the Revised Code, no person shall construct or alter any structure which constitutes an obstruction as defined by the "Standards for Determining Obstructions" unless the person who intends to construct or alter such a structure obtains a permit from the office in accordance with the procedures set forth in this chapter.
