Chapter 5501:1-3 Aircraft Operation on Public Land or Water

No aircraft shall operate from or be maintained on any public land or water owned or controlled by the state of Ohio, or by any political subdivision thereof, except under such rules governing the operation and maintenance of aircraft thereon as may be duly adopted by the office of aviation.
