No person shall violate these rules or any requirement established at the time of certification. Any such violation shall be grounds for suspension, cancellation, or revocation of any certificate of approval issued by the office of aviation pursuant to the provisions of section 4561.11 of the Revised Code, in addition to other penalties provided by law.
