Chapter 5505-1 Public Notice

(A) The board shall distribute all adopted rules to —

(1) Each facility where active members of the highway patrol retirement system are assigned and

(2) Each recognized statewide organization representing members and/or benefit recipients of the state highway patrol retirement system.

(B) Facility commanders shall make all members under their command aware of these rules by posting them in the area designated for employee notices.
