5537-3-02 Hitchhiking and loitering prohibited.

The solicitation of a ride, commonly known as "hitchhiking," or stopping for the purpose of picking up or discharging a hitchhiker, is hereby prohibited on the turnpike. Loitering in or about the toll plazas. Service plazas or any other portion of the turnpike is prohibited.
