5537-4-01 Payment of toll.

Every operator of a vehicle shall obtain a toll ticket upon entering the turnpike. Upon exiting the turnpike, every operator using the turnpike shall pay the toll prescribed by the commission, except when such use shall have been exempted from such payment by the commission.
