901:1-15-01 Definitions.

As used in this regulation the following terms shall be construed as set forth in this part.

(A) Flocks - Live chickens, and turkeys of all ages.

(B) Hatching eggs - Eggs of chickens and turkeys for hatching purposes including embryonated eggs.

(C) Hatchery - Hatchery equipment on one premises operated or controlled by any person, company, or corporation for the hatching of chickens or turkeys.
