901:1-15-03 Report of flocks found diseased.

Whenever an owner, his agent, or official state agency for the supervision of the National Plan, or veterinarian knows or has reason to believe that Salmonella pullorum or fowl typhoid exists in a flock of poultry or in a hatchery he shall give notice of such fact to the Director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
