901:1-15-05 Quarantine.

Flocks deemed to be infected shall be quarantined by the Department of Agriculture until all known reactors have been slaughtered and the poultry on the farm or hatchery of the participant have been tested and the flock classed pullorum-typhoid clean or equal status.

All or part of quarantined flocks may be sold for slaughter only upon written permission from the Department of Agricluture.
