Rule 901:1-17-05 | Dogs and cats.
All dogs and cats imported into Ohio must be:
(A) No less than eight weeks of age;
(B) Accompanied by an interstate certificate of veterinary inspection;
(C) Vaccinated against rabies virus if twelve weeks of age or older; and
(D) If vaccinated, accompanied by a currently valid NASPHV form #51, rabies vaccination certificate.
(E) Nursing puppies less than eight weeks of age in transit with their dams are exempt from paragraphs (A) and (B) of this rule.
