Rule 901:11-2-40 | Insect and rodent control program.
In addition to any commercial pest control service, a designated employee shall be made responsible for the performance of a regularly scheduled insect and rodent control program. Poisonous substances, insecticides, and rodenticides shall be properly labeled and handled, stored, and used in such a manner that will not create a health hazard.
