901:2-3-01 Ohio poultry inspection service.

The 2008 Federal regulations governing the inspection of poultry and poultry products (9 C.F.R. part 381) et. seq. of the United States department of agriculture adopted pursuant to the Poultry Inspection Act as amended (P.P.I.A.), and appended to this rule, are hereby adopted in their entirety, with the exception of those provisions amended or deleted by rules 901:2-3-02, 901:2-3-03, 901:2-3-04, and 901:2-3-05 of the Administrative Code.
