Chapter 901:2-4 Adoption of Federal Sanitary Performance Standards

(A) Sections 416.1 to 416.6 of Title 9 of the Code of Federal Regulations which took effect January 25, 2000, are adpoted in their entirety as rules of the Ohio department of agriculture.
