901:3-7-11 Adulteration.

When a HACCP plan is required, failure of a processor to have and implement the HACCP plan as specified in rule 901:3-7-02 of the Administrative Code shall render the fish or fishery products of that processor adulterated under section 3715.59 of the Revised Code.
