901:7-2-02 Annual commodity statement.

Every applicant for a handlers license or renewal of a handlers license shall submit with their financial statement a schedule of the agricultural commodities handled during the twelve months immediately preceding the closing date of his financial statement. The schedule shall list each type of agricultural commodity handled and show the number of bushels handled by type.
