(A) Failure of an approved auction school to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall subject it to denial of auction school approval or revocation or suspension of auction school approval as appropriate.
(B) If an approved auction school fails to meet the requirements for school approval renewal established by the Ohio auctioneer commission (commission), the renewal shall be denied.
(C) Auction schools shall be responsible for the actions of their employees and other agents.
(D) Notices of denials of auction school approval or renewals and administrative review of such denials are governed by Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
(E) Institution of proceedings to revoke or suspend an auction school approval is governed by Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
(F) In the event the Ohio auctioneer commission suspends, revokes, or denies renewal of auction school approval, the commission may, at its discretion, allow any course session already in progress to be completed.
