Testing for type evaluation for a certificate of conformance will be done at the following rates:

(A) Technician time…........................$ 110.00 /man-hour

(B) Travel expenses

(1) Motels – Actual cost not to exceed the rates set by the U.S. General Services Administration, plus tax.

(2) Meals – Actual cost not to exceed the rates set by the U.S. General Services Administration, plus tax.

(D) State owned equipment – use and mileage costs:

(1) Car…........................................$ 00.45/mile

(2) Pickup truck…...............................$ 00.75 /mile

(3) Van…........................................$ 00.75 /mile

(4) Small capacity scale test truck….................$ 200.00 /day plus $ 1.50 /mile

(5) Scale test truck with 30,000 lb.capacity and over ….......... $ 300.00 /day plus $ 2.00 /mile

(6) Environmental tests

(a) Environmental chamber (NTEP/Canadian test only)

(i) $ 400.00 /device/complete cycle

(ii) $ 200.00 /device/half cycle

(b) R76 or R76 and NTEP

(i) $ 750.00 /device/complete cycle

(ii) $ 325.00 /device/half cycle

(d) Transient burst tests….............................$ 200.00 /device

(e) Short time power reduction tests….........$ 200.00 /device

(f) RFI/EMI immunity testing in laboratory…..........$ 100.00 /device

(g) RFI/EMI immunity testing by outside contractor….......at cost to lab
