901-17-03 Program eligibility.

No program shall be eligible for loans or grants from the farm loan revolving fund unless the purpose of the program is educational; supportive of agriculture oriented youth groups; rehabilitative of rural individuals, families, or communities; contributes to the economic development of a rural area; contributes to sustainable agriculture within the state; advances alternative energy products; or advances the development of new agricultural products or techniques.
