901-2-10 Deed of agricultural easement.

(A) Deed provisions

(1) The deed of agricultural easement shall identify the owner of the application property as grantor and the director of the department of agriculture ,the local holder(s), and if applicable a federal holder as the grantees.

(2) The deed of agricultural easement shall comply with but not be limited to, division (A)(2) of section 901.22 of the Revised Code.
