901-5-10 Authorized representative to the annual meeting with the director.

Each authorized delegate to the meeting required by section 901.06 of the Revised Code shall present to the director of agriculture a properly executed certificate, signed by the president of the society, setting forth that he has been regularly appointed or selected as a delegate and is authorized to represent his society and to receive official recognition.
