901-5-15 Prohibition on use of society facilities of [or] employees to promote candidacy of directors.

(A) No director or other officer of a society shall use society funds, facilities, or employees:

(1) To promote the candidacy of any member who seeks election or re-election to the board of directors of the society; or

(2) To influence the votes of members upon any amendment to the constitution or by-laws of a society which is submitted as provided in regulation 901-5-08.

(B) No person employed by a society shall engage in any of the activities specified in this regulation.
