Rule 901:14-1-04 | Fees.
(A) Fee schedule.
(1) Cultivator.
(a) The application fee shall be one hundred dollars for each license application.
(b) The annual license fee shall be five hundred dollars for each growing location.
(2) Site modification fee.
The site modification fee shall be two hundred fifty dollars for each GPS coordinate location change for each growing location.
(3) Testing.
(a) Pre-harvest sample fee shall be one hundred fifty dollars.
(b) Secondary pre-harvest sample fee shall be three hundred dollars.
(c) Post-harvest retest fee shall be three hundred dollars.
(B) The fees established in this rule shall be nonrefundable.
