1151.345 Preneed cemetery merchandise and services contracts.

A savings and loan association, in accordance with sections 1111.19 and 1721.211 of the Revised Code, may receive and hold on deposit moneys under a preneed funeral contract or a preneed cemetery merchandise and services contract.
