122.051 International trade cooperative projects fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the international trade cooperative projects fund. The fund shall consist of moneys received from private and nonprofit organizations involved in cooperative agreements related to import/export and direct foreign investment activities and cash transfers from other state agencies or any state or local government to encourage, promote, and assist trade and commerce between this state and foreign nations, pursuant to section 122.05 and division (E) of section 122.04 of the Revised Code.
