123.11 Power to take lands and materials.

When a public exigency, as defined in division (A) of section 123.10 of the Revised Code, exists, the director of administrative services may take possession of lands and use them, or materials and other property necessary for the maintenance, protection, or repair of the public works, in accordance with sections 163.01 to 163.22 of the Revised Code.
