1337.093 [Repealed Effective3/22/2012] Inclusion of agency agreement.

Sections 1337.09 to 1337.092 of the Revised Code, and the terms “power of attorney” and “attorney in fact” used in those sections include, but are not limited to, an agency agreement and an agent under an agency agreement.
