135.803 Certifying availability of public moneys.

On receiving a resolution from the county board of mental retardation and developmental disabilities approving under section 5126.55 of the Revised Code development of a proposed residential facility, the board of county commissioners shall determine whether public moneys of the county are available for a residential facility linked deposit and shall certify to the board of mental retardation and developmental disabilities either that public moneys are available or that public moneys are not available. If public moneys are not available the certification shall indicate the date, if any, on which the board of county commissioners anticipates that public moneys will be available.
